The REALTOR® Nationwide Open House is a grassroots “get-the-word-out” campaign focused on encouraging as many brokers and sales associates to participate by hosting Open Houses at listings.

 

Increase consumer awareness of the benefits of buying a home, give sellers an opportunity to increase the exposure for their home for sale and our continued effort to spread the word about the expanded first-time homebuyer tax credit which ends April 30, 2010.

 

As a participating local association, you can  encourage your local members to participate in the nationwide event. You can also coordinate publicity about the April 10-11th listings with your local media.
