From now until September 30, REALTORS in Congressional districts 1, 4, 6, 9, 11, 14, and 15 have the opportunity to vote for their MAR director, who will serve as a representative on the MAR board of directors. This is a One REALTOR One Vote election. Plurality wins.

Senate Bill 77, sponsored by Senator Jud Gilbert (R – Algonac) unanimously passed the Senate Finance Committee yesterday. This legislation would provide for an additional “Principal Residence” filing date of October 1st.
